1.     The course is applicable to Masters and Chief Officers of all vessel types Company. Number of participants 4 or 5. Theoretical part delivered in the class-room and/or by Internet on Admiral Makarov University Web-site www.farvater.gumrf.ru.. Practical exercises delivered using full mission navigational bridge simulator.

It should also be explained from the beginning that this is an intense course and all candidates are under observation and evaluation from the start.

2.     Each candidate’s skills, responce, attitude and behaviour should be evaluated by the instructor throughout the course in practical activities in the Bridge simulator (Course Evaluation Form). This will be documented at the end of the course, discussed with the candidate and then uploaded to CFM.
